Just think, by making just a few changes in our daily lifestyle, we can possibly add years to our life and happiness to those years!
-If smoking is a habit, then try your best to quit smoking
-Enjoy good food and drink, but drink alcohol in moderation and… don’t overeat
– Make exercise a part of your weekly routine. It doesn’t feel as cumbersome when you take 30 to 45 minutes, a minimum of 3 times a week, for your self.
-Drink plenty of water and get adequate sleep
– This may be new to some, but try to consume enough protein and soluble fiber.
A healthy life is a Happier life, so Start loving yourself enough to live healthier!
